I am (full) professor at the Département de mathématiques of the Université du Québec À Montréal (UQAM).
I was Director of the Laboratoire d’algèbre, de combinatoire et d’informatique mathématique (LACIM), a Centre de Recherches Mathématiques (CRM) laboratory (2016-2023).
I am one of the three Directeur-Québec of the du Board of directors of the CMS (Canadian Mathematical Society).
I am a member of the NSERC Committee 1508 for Discovery grants since August 2025.
I am co-organizing with Martina Lanini (Tor Vergata) form June 29 to July 3 2026 a CIME summer school entitled Algebraic and geometric combinatorics: Coxeter group theory and representation theory
My research is at the crossroad of algebra and geometry, more precisely I study Coxeter groups, reflections groups, Artin-Tits groups and their relationships to Lie theory, algebraic and geometric combinatorics, representation theory and geometric group theory.
